In the Dining Room
A rustic Tomato soup topped with Basil Pesto cream.
Baby greens topped with toasted walnuts, fig infused goat cheese, dried cranberries, smoked bacon, and pomegranate vinaigrette.

Roasted garlic and herb infused Lamb chops, served on a bed of redskin mashed potaoes with a side of Masala mushrooms, topped with a reduction sauce.
