Group Tours & Tastings The tour includes: 
Cost: $10.00 per person. Group Facilities Semi-private space in our Arbor Room for conferences, private functions $225 for 2 hours. Each additional hour: $125. Can accommodate up to 30 guests. Caterers may have use of the kitchen. All weekend events must end by 3:30pm, clean up must be completed by 4pm. Evening events may begin at 6pm, ending by 10pm, clean up completed by 10:30pm. $600.00 for inside evening rental, accommodating up to 30 guests. Weddings & Parties

Weekend rates: - 11-5pm $1250.00 - 6-10pm $1750.00 Package includes: - Private use of celebration site - Electricity to site - Caterers have use of Old House kitchen - Plenty of free parking - 15% Discount on wine purchased for event (1 case minimum) Additional information: - Rental of reception tents, tables and chairs are required - Rental of Port a John's required - Your choice of licensed caterer must provide all linens, flatware, glassware, etc. - Additional fees may apply if other areas of the facility are to be utilized |
