The membership may be renewed or cancelled after one year of 6 shipments. Wine must be received by someone 21 years of age or older. Address Changes I understand that it is my obligation to notify Old House Vineyards of my address change before wine is shipped. Old House Vineyards is not responsible for extra shipping charges incurred due to misdirected wines.
