DAMIEN BLANCHON - Wine Maker

Damien Blanchon

Damien comes to join us as Cellar Manager from Perpignan, France. (Southern France 10 miles east of the Mediterranean Coast, close to Spain.) He comes from a family of grape growers and helped with his grandfather's vineyard prior to receiving his degree in viticulture and enology at the College of Agriculture LEGTA Charlemagne in Carcassowne. After school he worked at a nearby estate in the vineyard and cellar. He then made the decision to come to the USA to learn different ways to grow grapes and make wines.
